Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Muxwire ("the Service"), operated by Muxwire ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Muxwire lets you connect machines you own or control and access their terminal sessions, files, and processes from a web browser. The Service relays connections between your browser and a lightweight agent you install on your own machines. We do not provide the computing hardware; you are responsible for the machines you connect.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for anything done on or through the machines you connect. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Only connect machines you are authorized to access. Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code, files, and data on your machines. The Service accesses them only to relay them to your authenticated browser sessions at your direction. We claim no ownership of your content.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, downtime, or damage arising from your use of the Service or the machines you connect, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, where reasonably necessary.
